Mistreated and Used. ?

All my boyfriend cares about is himself. At least that's what it seems like. His friends come first, no doubt there. But when he needs something from me, I'm suddenly important. He even got mad at me when I said I don't want to have tonight. And when we do, he waits all day the next day to call or text me. When I need him to come over or just want to spend time together, he either never has gas or is with his boys. He told me he would come see me today because he has a ticket to pay where I live, (note that we live 30 minutes away) but he heard that the courthouse was closed so he didn't come. He told me his dad didn't want him leaving because the roads were icy. Yet he did, however, text me later to tell me he was with his friends in another 30 minutes away with them. I'm so tired of being lied to. What should I say when I leave him?
