Anyone have any experience with the water for gas that is on the web?

As you know if you are wise that anything too good to be true usually is. I'm interested to see if anyone has actually tried this and had it work. I have been using an additive for a couple of years and get about 10% better mileage with some other benefits like lowering the pollutants. Thanks
