Girls plz help with this question?

ok, so im a girl also, but everytime when i watch a long boring tv on my bed just laying on my back, I twirl my hair with my finger like crazy back and forth, but everytime when i talk to someone, i NEVER do that, is this normal? and everytime also when i read, and watch tv, i just twirl my hair soo much.
