Does anyone else understand Stewie besides Brian in family guy?

well, its family guy, there are many things that dont make sense like the fact that stewie is a evil genius, or that brian is a talking dog, or that there is an evil monkey living in chris's closet, or that bonnie was pregnat with joes baby for 7 YEARS!!! so dont be surprised that people dont undestand stewie
