Is it illegal to use audio without permission in a video for a fundraiser?

The audio from the video we are using is from a PSA on global warming. Starring Morgan Freeman. We want to use the audio from the PSA and integrate it into a comedy video about global warming for fundraising purposes. (keep in mind this is not a fundraiser for global warming, but for a video production team)
