Dems Have Controlled Congress Since 2006, so WHY do leftys keep talking about how Bush screwed up our economy?

When we all know Congress runs the budget--and democrats have had control for 4 yrs--and have only made it ten times worse since Bush stopped VETOing all their crazy spending sprees?
