Pepsi can was bulging at the bottom.. botulism?!?

i just drank a bit of a can of pepsi that when I set down, was wobbling around, so I looked underneath it and it was BULGING out like mad.. it is brand new and not past expiry date... now i'm afraid i have botulism!!
