Am i pregnant please help?

so i have been having weird twinges in the cervix overy section feeling sick and have a discharge no smell but white and lotion like my fiance pulls out everytime we do not use any other type of bc could i be pregnant finally i am due in 2 days for my period i know i should test it is hard there to on the cervix area anyone know please help
