Backup RBs for fantasy team?

I think Perry is going to find more openings than Forte. Chicago has no quarterback skill and lines will stop any and all run attempts, whereas Cincinatti has a great p oriented offense and most defenders will flock towards Chad Ocho Cinco, TJ Housh, and Chris Henry, leaving Perry wide open. Start Perry all day long.
