Ex husband got $1200 tax stimulus check. Did I deserve some of that money?

I got married in 06 and quit my job (my husband insisted on it). I did not get another job until November 2007. I was divorced in April 08. My exhusband filed our 2007 returns jointly (it was written in the agreement that we would file jointly and he did the return). In June 08, he received an electronic deposit to his bank account in the amount of $1200 for the stimulus check. I really feel like I was supposed to get $600, since that is the amount per taxpayer. Is there any legal right I have to that money? There was no check, so there wasn't two names on the check. The money automatically when to the account on the 2007 return.
