How to get cheapest possible airfare to Hawaii?

Sometime between Dec. 22, 2010 and Jan 9, 2010, I plan on spending about 2 weeks in Hawaii. It does not matter what the actual days are, just the cheapest possible. I don't need a place to stay or ideas for things to do, as I am going to stay with family. I was wondering if doing the name-your-price option would be a good idea? Or can a travel agent find a better deal? I know tickets are going to be pricey over the holidays, so I want to plan now. Flight times/layovers are no matter to me. I need to depart from/around Cleveland, OH and land in/around Honolulu, HI. Is it better to purchase the ticket on certain days, over others?
