I am hypoglycemic and i have the flu?

i am hypoglycemic and i have the flu. i've been drinking little sips of ginger ale but it isn't helping my hypoglycemia. i haven't had anything to eat in 24 hours because my mom says i'm gonna throw up. i don't know what to eat or drink. i'm also a vegetarian. but what should i do? the ginger ale is Schweppes and it doesn't say anything about having ginger in it at all. it just says corn syrup. i cant go to the doctor or ER because my dad is at work and i have no clue where my mom went. i'm home alone with my younger siblings too so i cant go anywhere. What do i do?! thanks.
