Looking for the name of a movie about a man from a fictional country who is stuck in an US airport...?

I forget the name or who is in it, but I think the title is "The Something". Story line is the guy's country's government is overthrown and there are issues so he isn't allowed to enter the USA, but can't go back home either, so he is stuck in the airport. He learns English, does some construction work, meets a woman. It's a cute movie. Does anyone recognize the movie and can you tell me the title of it? Thanks. :)
