Would This Be Considered "Pop Art" Or Something Else?

Yeah, that's pop art. And Pop Art is all but synonymous with Andy Warhol and if I can recall correctly Andy Warhol did this specially for that now infamous time magazine cover around the early 80's during the Thriller era.
