I agree with the camera phone. I am not good at taking pictures and the phone is always around and so much easier. I have to say for baby-use, my favorite thing are the soft blankets my children have attached themselves to. My daughter's is pink and white and green striped...and you can barely tell it has any color at all anymore. She has three of them (but doesn't know it, since she will want all three if she knew). My son has a blue blanket with lions on it that he loves. They are both really soft and well loved. I need to work on finding another blanket for my son, since he is getting to the stage of wanting to take it places with him. That tends to be the time we lose things. After years in corporate I recently struck out on my own to start my own business. I share space with two other professionals and an admin. I work with them on a few things but mostly I do my own thing. These other guys are both jerks in their own right. One is very rude, gossipy and a troublemaker. He's constantly pitting people against each other. He also likes to announce to everyone (including clients sometimes) that he's bipolar as if that excuses his behavior. The other is a real pr*ck. He never pes up a chance to make you look and feel stupid especially when you ask a question. His manner is extremely rude. He's a trouble maker too. I like to work hard, keep my head down and keep work relationships orderly, professional and respectful. I've rarely run into characters like this before - they wouldn't survive in a corp. environment. I will leave this suite asap but for now it's what I can afford. Any thoughts on how to stay happy and sane working with them for now?

thanks for all the responses. been keeping track of all the incidents of my manager being verbally abusive. i got a report onetime that she grabbed one person by the arm and was witnessed by others. also, she accused another person without properly hearing the person's side onetime and labeled her when she wasnt around infront of her workmates. when she confronted me onetime about an incident wherein i was present, she just shouted at me in the hallway infront of everyone without hearing me out first. when i told her that her behavior is unacceptable she tried to make me brush my hurt aside but she has repeatedly been doing it again and again to everyone. been thinking of reporting her as we have a compliance hotline and we can report anonymously as so they say. but how safe is it for us to report? she is good in manning the workplace but not in staff-manager interpersonal relationships. we are paid well but this is the first time in my career life that i have come across such boss.

I have had an iphone 3g sense last year in early december. You don't need the 3gs, you can update the old 3g on itunes and get cut copy and paste. You also can picture message. It is all in the new update. Not the 3gs. The iphone 3g is only $99. I no longer have my 3g. I got it cut off. It is way too overrated. Sure it is pretty. When ever I play my fender it always makes a buzzing sound on the 13th fret and only that fret! Seriously all the others are fine. How could I fix it? I replaced the strings and it still makes the sound. Any ideas?

PTSD question, for anyone familiar with it?

My husband came home from Iraq in 2005 a totally different person. After two years of begging him to go, he went to a doctor and was diagnosed with PTSD. (I should note, he went through 3 doctors before any of them did anything but shove drugs down his throat and ume he was better). During that time he would get stressed out over something that didn't seem to be a big deal to me, then fly into a rage. He would say terrible, mean things, call me names, and break inanimate objects. Through research, I found that this is not so unusual. With treatment, his temper got better. Lately he seems to be trying really hard to repair the damage that has been done to his marriage. But over the past week or so, things have changed somewhat. He seems kind of out of it. Gets confused easily, seems to zone in and out (half the time I feel like he has no idea what is going on around him) and spends a large amount of time sitting on the couch, just staring at the walls. I know that this is not unusual behavior for someone with PTSD, but it worries me that his behavior has changed so suddenly. Should I be worried about this? I suppose I should also note that I suspect (but admittedly have no proof) that he has not been going to therapy for about a month.

I have a 200gb maxtor ntfs second (D) hard drive which I was using to record and synk sound with the picture for professional Bollywood films. Nuendo 3 software I was using for my work.My windows xp professional operating system was installed on a seperate 40gb drive C.I used to open my working session from Nuendo and start my work and save this work session back to nuendo but now when I opened the same session in Nuendo 3 it shows many missing files.I have tries to resolve missing file issue by searching the relevent folders on the working hard drive but I could not resolve the missing file issue.When I opened the session folder on the same drive I found many audio wav files have changed their colour from black writing to blue and their property and size were also changed from original bytes to zero bytes but when I open their property by right clicking the wav files it says file size 0 Bytes and size on the disk original Mb.I found that these files have been automatically compressed.I went to their property and unchecked the compression from advance tab,clicked apply and Ok but these files do not turned into their original form.some of the files have changed their colour from blue to normal black but their property did not turned to original mb.They are still o bytes and some files even did not change their writing colour from blue to black,which means they did not accept uncompression command.I have also tried to uncompress all folders and sub folders through command prompt but it did not work on the sad audio files.same thing happened with some MPEG video files.Their property has changed from few hundres MB to 0Bytes.The total property of this hard drive is still the same which means these missing files are still laying somewhere on this hard drive. I have coppied the whole hard drive on to another new hard drive but the problem is still the same.Please help me to fix this proble as I said it is really important work which i can not afford to loose.I must tell you that I have also run so many hard disk recovery and repair softwares but they could not solve my problem.This hard drive is accessable and still working fine.Thank you for any possible help. I am feeding my 6 month old baby and did not have my periods till date after my child birth.I got an IUD (Multiload) inserted on friday evening(2 days back). Puzzle game that I played once and now can't remember??!!?

I played this cool as puzzle game once, but now I can't remember what it was called! I do remember some facts though. The people had triangular prism shaped heads and had bodies that looked like blocks. It was quite hard. I remember that the main story was that you had to go into rooms and find video tapes to play on the T.V. in the main room. How do I cut my grill space in half?

I've got a pretty big charcoal grill. The grill space is at least 18" by 36". I'm usually using a whole chimney of charcoal to get the internal temp up to 250F and a chimney and a half to get it closer to 300F. This is great when I'm throwing parties and need lots of food. When it's just me and my girlfriend, I'm not looking to use a lot of charcoal. I'm wondering if there's a more efficient way to get half of the grill up to 350-450. My 18-month old stopped eating!?

It's very normal. My son has went through this at different ages, many many times. It can be very frustrating, but it will p. He is almost 5 and we are going through again right now. At 18 months he refused when he was getting more teeth in, you can check her gums and see if any seem to be breaking through her gums. Our son was a preemie, he weigh 3 lbs at birth. He is almost 5 and weighs 31 lbs. He has always been between 1 percentile to 10 percentile on weight. At one point he was on pediasure for 2 years. He is in the 10th percentile right now, his highest. We used to panic when he would go through his phases of not wanting to eat much, since he has always been so skinny, he looks like we starve him. He has always been a picky eater and from what I hear most children seem to be. His doctor has had our son on Periactin since he was 1 or 2 yrs old, for several yrs now. It is an antihistamine that is rarely used anymore for allergies, he is on it because it is supposed to make him feel more hungry thus he eats more, his pediatrician is trying to get him to gain weight. They have ran every test in the book on him and found nothing wrong with him. He is very active. Right now, we have to sit him down and tell him to eat, we try to give him the foods he likes. But 2 weeks ago he was eating like a little pig. Kids just go through so many different phases, we never know from one day to the next what its going to be like around here!

Transmission Light Comes on after being in the mountains?

I am on my way home from the mountains and my "overdrive off light" came on followed by my "trans temp" light. After this I notice a sound coming from the transmission like a light grinding. The truck does not want to accellarate and jerk some. However, after the truck sat a few minutes the "trans temp" light went out. A friend of mine e-filed her tax return, and has to send in the 8453-OL signature form after the return is accepted and she gets a DCN. I got married in 06 and quit my job (my husband insisted on it). I did not get another job until November 2007. I was divorced in April 08. Why are Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson always in the same movies together?

Okay there not part of Happy Madison, they make way different movies, Happy madison work with Adam Sandler and the rest of his possi. Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson work with Will Ferrel, Vince Vaugh and Luke Wilson. They just amke great movies together so i guess that why they do it. Plus they are obviously friends. They also dont JUST get the roles b/c their friends, the movies they work in tehy are usually co-producing it or writng it, so they usually consider these actors first for many of the roles.

Am I required to report a loss on a business which I no longer operate?

I am married and file a joint return. My husband and I took a one-time shot at a new business in 2010 and we came out with a net loss. However, we already have plenty of other tax deductions and will not benefit additionally from reporting any deductions ociated with this business endeavor. It was a retail sales venture and we have already paid the required sales tax to the state board of equalization. So...can we file our return without including this little business venture?

Manny Ramirez will end up with the phillies since the contract of pat burrel comes of the books and they have the extra 10 million to compound on what manny is looking for. But its also being said that if they make this manny deal they will have to shop around Ryan Howard since he will be a free agent and demand a huge contract. U.S. Army - Choosing/Using Weapon other than M16?

In some cases in some units the Marines will allow you to use a military caliber personal firearm as a secondary weapon. Some Army units were doing it but I think that was stopped but not sure on that; my niece in the National Guard was allowed to take her 9mm Glock to iraq but still had a M9 issued. The Marines were approving on a case by case basis some personal weapons (typically m14 variants) but that was usually higher ranking enlisted (Staff Sergeatand above) and Officers. The lower ranks were not typically approved as the civilian versions of the rifles in 5.56 do not have the capability of automatic fire (full or burst) and have no advantage over the M-16 family used. The M-14 variants (Springfield Armory mainly) had the advantage of using the 7.62 NATO round giving it better range and M-14 are semi-automatic; the problem with bringing the M-14 out of storage was that most were destroyed during the Clinton administration to save money (storage costs) so when they were being issued the stockpile was quickly depleted. The Marines wanted one per squad (the desiganted marksman) and the Army then started the same idea and then the M-14's were gone.

Okay. So of course it's summer, and I've really started to think about high school. I'm going to be a freshmen and I want to do a sport. I'm not a real sporty person. I mean I think I'm okay in basketball. But soccer a big NO-NO, because I played soccer for two years in the fourth and fifth grade, and I sucked. 8/10 for effort. You should try to consider removing most of those tribute monsters(they are hard to summon at first) and are bad draws if you have nothing to tribute in the field. Take out Summoned Skull, some Blue Eye (no Ultimate means no need to have three) and Kaiser Glider (maybe), and consider using Mausoleum of the Emperor (your LP counts as tributes, 1000 for each). If you use Mausoleum (common in POTD), add some healing cards like Solemn Wishes and Draining Shield. Remove Trap, De-spell and Horn Of The Unicorn are outdated and won't work against decks nowadays. Try to buy a Structure Deck and fill in your deck with some good spell/trap destruction cards found there, as well as Call of the Haunted and some good effect monsters (Beatdown now has to have good effects to last longer than 4 turns). If you need more help with playing the game or building a great and cheap deck, select me as best answer and write that you'd need help.

I have a 3 y/o male cat, Azriel. I moved back to mums (who have 4 cats) with Azz. I was only there for 2 months, during which, his faeces was runny, and he would go upto 6 times a day! He wouldnt use his litterbox, so the laundry floor was covered in newspaper, which he'd use. I took him to the vets, and they dont what it could be. They said a diet change and also antibiotics in case he had a bowel infection. Neither worked. Azz and I have moved into my new boyfriends place. BF has never owned pets, but loves having Azz around. He spoils him, plays, pats, feeds, and talks to him all the time. Azriel now has a tendancy to crap in the bath! It was only once a week or so since moving in, now nearly every day! When i'm not home, its like he spites my new BF. He's always giving evil glares, doesn't like to be petted, but at the same time, is very demanding. 2day, he angrily glared at my BF, then peed on the floor, before strutting off! Hes become an angry little cat, but dont why! WTF??!!!

So my boyfriend and I are starting to consider having l . Not right away, but probably a month at the least. We want to wait as long as possible, because it will be the first time for both of us and we want to make it special. The "special scenario" we both want in his car he's getting (either a Camero or a Trans am) with our playlist of love songs playing in the background. Orginally, we had planned for it to happen on our 2 year anniversary which is about a year and a half from now. Exept everyday my drive is increasing and becoming even more intense. I've even started mildly asking him for l now, even though I'm only 14 1/2. But I just don't feel I can wait that long. Need CONFLICT for my story...!?

I do believe that the best way to write a story is to actually have an idea and then create the characters. I say, keep those characters in mind, sure, but don't try to force a story out of them. Keep imagining in your free time, and reading other stories, and watching the news, and studying history and one day an idea will come to you. You'll find that some of the characters will fit quite nicely with it, while others will not, at which point you should not try to force them. Forcing a story from characters only creates a shallow story with no depth or meaning. They start seeming to specifically exist only to help the story line progress, which should come naturally in the writing. Have you ever seen the movie Shark Boy and Lava Girl? Kinda like that. That movie only existed to give those characters an existance.

I am having problems thinking up ideas for alternatives to having a dance at my wedding.?

I am getting married in January in Wisconsin. So it will be very snowy. I am having my wedding before lunch and then having a lunch buffet afterwards at the reception. However, my fiance and I both hate dancing so we would like not to have one. I don't really know that people should expect to be dancing away at 1 in the afternoon anyway. Are there any suggestions of some things we could do for a while to keep people from being bored.
